Sudden crashes during gameplay can occur due to temporary connectivity issues.
Please try the following steps:

1. Fully close the game from the background and restart it.
2. Adjust the settings in the game:
   • Go to Settings > Graphics and update the options as below:
     • Set Resolution to Low
     • Turn Effects to Off
     • Set Backgrounds to Simple
     • Set Textures to Low
