  1. Incorrect Code: If you see a message stating that the "Please check the coupon code!", it means the code you entered is not correct. Even a single typo will prevent the crystals from being credited, so double-check the coupon code and try again.

  2. Expired Code: If the code has expired, also message saying the "Please check the coupon code!" will appear. Please verify the coupon code’s validity period before entering it.
