It has been a meaningful journey, and we are truly grateful to everyone who has been a part of it.
We regret to inform you that CookieRun India will be permanently closing its services on the following date:
■ Service Termination Date: December 18, 2026 (Friday), 11:30 AM IST
After the above date and time, access to the game will no longer be available, and all game data will be permanently deleted.
If you have paid Crystals that were purchased but not used, you may request a refund as below:
■ Refund Request Method: In-game Customer Center or crci_support@krafton.com
■ Refund Request Deadline: December 18, 2026 (Friday), 11:30 AM IST
Please include the following information in your refund request email:
In-game UID
Platform (Android / iOS)
Store account email address
Order number
Number of Crystals purchased in this transaction
Proof of purchase (Screenshot of store receipt)
Please note that refund requests missing any of the above information may not be processed. Refunds will be issued for paid Crystals that remain unused at the time of the request. Free Crystals and time-limited products are not eligible for refund.
The personal information collected for the use of the Service will be deleted after the Service is discontinued, in a manner that prevents recovery or reproduction. However, information that we are required to retain under applicable laws will be stored separately and securely for the legally required period, and deleted thereafter. If you have any questions about privacy, please contact privacy@krafton.com.
