Pre-registration starts on June 4, 2026 for both iOS and Android.
How do I pre-register?
iOS: Visit the Astro Arena App Store page and tap Pre-Order.
Android: Go to the Astro Arena Google Play Store page and tap Pre-Register.
You may also pre-register via the Astro Arena official website.
Which regions are included?
Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, and the USA.
I could play during the Alpha test, but my country isn't supported at launch. Why?

The Alpha test was designed to gather feedback from Pioneers across a wide range of regions. For our initial launch, we decided to focus on a selected set of markets to prioritize stability as we introduce new features and content for the very first time.
This doesn't mean we've forgotten about other regions. Expanding Astro Arena to more Pioneers worldwide is very much part of our roadmap. Stay tuned for updates on regional expansion!

I'm in a supported region but my store says "not available."
Try these steps:
Clear your Play Store / App Store cache.
Check your Google / Apple account region settings.
Try again using a fresh account set to that region.
What are the minimum device specs?
iOS: iPhone 6s or later / iOS 15.8.5 or higher
Android: Android 8.0 or higher / 2GB RAM or more
How do I claim my Alpha test rewards?
Sephir Summer Skin Pioneers who logged in for 3 or more days and linked their account during the Alpha test will receive this reward. Log in with the same account you used during the Alpha test — the skin will be waiting in your in-game mailbox at launch.
Premium Pass Pioneers who reached Level 18 and completed the survey will receive the Premium Pass. A coupon code will be sent to your survey email. Redeem it on the official website and claim your reward in-game at launch.
Will my progress from the Alpha test carry over to launch?
No. Alpha test progress has been reset. All players will start fresh at launch.
What community events will happen during the pre-registration period?
During the pre-registration period, we'll be hosting various events, challenges, and activities for all Pioneers to enjoy. Participating gives you the chance to earn awesome rewards — stay tuned for upcoming event announcements!
