If you watched the ad to the end but did not receive the reward for that ad, please check the following first.
- Check your internet connection.
- Fully close the game and restart it.
- Make sure the ad played all the way through. (If the ad was closed midway or crashed, the reward may not be granted.)
If you still did not receive the ad reward after trying the above, please contact us through the in-game Customer Support menu. Providing the following information will help us assist you more quickly.
- Account ID
- The type of ad for which you did not receive the reward (e.g., rewarded ad, shop, etc.)
- The date and time the issue occurred
